Tournament Chairman’s Report

Please check your e-mails for club news, tournament tee times, and results. If you are a Rio Hondo Men’s Club member and are not yet involved in the monthly tournaments, or you are a new member and have not yet signed up for a tournament, you are missing a good thing.

Call or email us…Our contact information is below and in this newsletter. As we have all been reminded numerous times, the pace of play is an ongoing concern.

Please do your part to keep things moving on the course – keep up with the group ahead of you - so the later players in the tournaments don’t have to pay the price. Your cooperation is appreciated by all.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

February 28: President’s Cup - Individual Ball. This is an easy tourney format with straight-up individual golf, no teams; so, enter and shoot low!

March 21: Pete Marchica Memorial. Four-Man Team, 1-2-3 Best Ball. This is an individual ball, four-man team event counting the one best score on hole #1, the two best scores on hole #2, the three best scores on hole #3, and then repeating 1-2-3 through the remaining holes #4- 18.
